I have seen Dr. Filipovski several times now, after moving from Cape Town to Johannesburg, I really needed a dentist that I could trust. recently had my teeth capped by Dr Ariel Filipovski. One is supposed to hate dentists, but I feel just the opposite with Dr Filipovski. He is gentle and caring and makes sure that you are comfortable and not in pain while doing the procedure. The end result is impressive. At first glance this would appear to be a contradiction in terms but once you have been treated by Dr Ariel, the meaning of painless dentistry becomes a reality
I have had dental implants and restorative work carried out by Dr Ariel and can honestly attest to painless dentistry
Dr Ariel has G-d given hands , compassion, empathy with his patients and remains humble with humility
He practices state of the art dentistry with accumulated professional qualifications & an up to date knowledge of his subject matter

I was very anxious prior to the procedure, and you and your team made it so much easier for me. I have been comfortable, after the surgery with no swelling or bruises. I have had no pain and have been able to sleep well. I am taking all the medication you prescribed and have been using the salt water to rinse very gently.
I think my implants will heal well. So thank you so much for your compassion and for doing such a great job !! I would highly recommend you and your team to everyone !!! I look forward to my “million dollar smile“ now.
